Meet The Doctors & Staff
M. Darrh Bryant DMD
A Tallahassee native, Dr. M. Darrh Bryant is a graduate of both Leon High School and Florida State University. After graduating from FSU with a degree in Biological Sciences, Dr. Bryant continued his education and fulfilled his dream of becoming a dentist by graduating from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Armed with his Doctor of Dental Medicine, he returned to his roots, in Tallahassee, to establish a dental practice. Dr. Bryant began his dental career as an associate in July of 2004, becoming a partner January of 2007. In October of 2009, he established his own private practice and continues to serve the Tallahassee dental community. Dr. Bryant serves as the Florida State University Athletic Team Dentist, the Leon County School Resource Dentist, is a member of the Tallahassee Community College Dental Hygiene Advisory Committee, and a member of the Dental We Care board. Additionally, he is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and Leon County Dental Association. Dr. Bryant is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hunt, fish, participate in extended family gatherings, and tailgate at FSU football games. On a personal note, he and his wife, Jennifer, were recently married on the beach (November 2010), one of their favorite places to spend free time. His parents Fred and Nancy Bryant, and his sister, Carrie Thornton, also currently reside in Tallahassee.
Tracy M. Eckles, DDS
Dr. Tracy M. Eckles grew up moving around the country but found what she considers her first true home in coming to Florida State University for undergraduate studies. After graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, she attended the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental School located in San Antonio. She furthered her studies with a General Practice Residency at Medical College of Georgia (now Georgia Regents University) in Augusta. In addition to discovering a newfound love for professional golf tournaments, here Dr. Eckles developed her skills in and passion for surgical dentistry including routine and complicated/impacted extractions, bone grafting, dental implants, intravenous sedation, as well as the treatment of medically compromised patients, as the program was hospital-affiliated. Dr. Eckles used these skills to introduce surgery and sedation to a group practice in Warner Robins, Georgia, where she practiced for five years before reuniting with and marrying her FSU college sweetheart Michael in beautiful Apalachicola. Now happily full-time residents of Tallahassee, Dr. Eckles and Michael take advantage of the surrounding area by boating, scalloping, looking for manatees on the Wakulla River, tailgating and attending Florida State athletics, and are excited to introduce their new baby born September 2015 to all Northwest Florida has to offer. Dr. Eckles is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity and the American Dental Association and its local affiliates. She is grateful for the opportunity to work with Dr. Bryant and his amazing team and patients as well as the very welcoming local dental community.
